Michelle Crozier started Ginger Cat Confections in 2024. She is a native Floridian who has always loved to bake. Unfortunately, she prefers savory to sweet and always loved carrot cake and gingersnaps instead of super-sweet desserts. Using her orange cat, Sir Lancelot, as inspiration, she experimented with gingerbread cupcakes, and Ginger Cat Confections was born.
